How to wear a Belt Bag – and the versatility of mine

You have certainly seen influencers and models wearing the new trend of the moment: the belt bags! And while some of you may think “whaaat? They are so 90s!”, I can only think of the pink Gucci belt bag right now, dammit. But let’s talk about a slightly cheaper version, that is the belt bag that I recently purchased and that has a particularity: it can be converted into an evening shoulder bag! But let’s go by order.

The belt bag

I had already shown you this last purchase of mine in my post about the vacation in Tenerife (you can find it HERE). There I had shown you my shoulder bag with an evening cocktail dress, in a more elegant way. But by unplugging the chain and inserting the wide belt supplied, the bag becomes a very practical belt bag!

I wore my Marc Jacobs bag in a modern and a little bit bohemian look, I would say. The flared pleated skirt with a high waist helps to mark the waist, and the belt bag stands out from it. As a top, I opted for a body in shades of pink that matches the side of the bag and my new wide brim hat by Lack of Colors. All this with the vivid touch of velvet shoes, which, yes, are still good because in Dublin there continues to be 12 degrees.
